About the Experince
Vipassana changed my life. My very first 10-day course healed my PTSD, transformed my relationships, and cracked open a depth of self-love I didn't know was possible. Everything changed. This course is a gentle introduction to one of the most powerful practices I have ever encountered. Rooted in the original teachings of the Buddha, Vipassana teaches us to observe reality as it is. To meet the body and the mind with loving awareness, without trying to change or control what arises, and to slowly unwind the deep patterns of conditioning that keep us reacting to life rather than flowing with it. Across 8 modules, I will guide you through Anapanasati and Vipassana meditation, the philosophy and science behind the practice, and my own personal story of healing. I also guide you through a future self visualisation and journaling experience - something I added to help you arrive at clarity about where you are going. We close with Metta Bhavana - loving-kindness meditation, because this is the nectar that enhance our self love and love to all living beings. No prior experience is needed. Come exactly as you are.
