Maybe you’re wondering…
What if I’m interested, but I’m still unsure if now is the right time?
If you’ve made it this far, there is probably a part of you that already knows you want to make more space for this practice. You don’t need to force the decision, but it can be worth noticing whether the hesitation is about timing - or whether it’s simply the mind pulling you back towards what feels familiar.
What if I’ve tried meditation before and couldn’t stay consistent?
That’s part of why Sādhanā is structured over eight weeks. You’ll have a clear weekly rhythm, daily practice, guidance, community and support to help meditation become part of your life.
What if I feel like I have too much going on already?
The practice is designed to fit into real life. You’ll be asked to give yourself a minimum of 10 minutes each day, plus the weekly session. The intention is to create a space that supports how you meet everything else.
What if I’m scared of what might come up emotionally?
You’ll be guided gradually through the practice with mindfulness, loving awareness, compassion and care. You’re always encouraged to listen to your own body and work within what feels appropriate for you.
