Mindfulness begins with learning to observe what is actually present.

Most of us move through daily life with the mind constantly interpreting what is happening through memories, expectations, habits and old conditioning.

In this live masterclass, we’ll begin with a short Anapana meditation - observing the natural breath as it is, without trying to change it.

This simple practice begins to sharpen the mind and strengthen our ability to notice what is actually happening with greater awareness.

From there, we’ll explore how this practice can support us in daily life - helping us become more aware of our reactions, create more space before responding, and meet what arises with loving awareness.

What we’ll explore together:

  • A short Anapana meditation
Experience a simple practice of observing the natural breath as it is, and begin to sharpen the mind through direct experience.

  • Mindfulness in daily life through The Peace in Chaos Method™
Discover how the three foundations - Focus, Wisdom and Love - bring together meditation, the teachings of the Buddha, and loving awareness to help us notice our reactions earlier, create more space before responding, and meet everyday life with greater clarity and compassion.

  • How to take the practice with you
Understand what it takes for mindfulness to become part of daily life - and why consistent practice matters if you want to create real change in the way you respond.

This is for you if…

  • You feel easily overwhelmed or overstimulated and want more space in the way you respond.

  • You notice yourself reacting quickly and want to understand how mindfulness can help you become more aware of those patterns.

  • You want to meet difficult emotions with more awareness, compassion and equanimity.

  • You’re curious about meditation, but want to understand how it actually connects to everyday experience.

  • You already meditate, but want to bring more of that awareness into the rest of your life.

  • You’re a yoga teacher and want to deepen your own practice and understanding of meditation and mindfulness.

Meet Amber

I’m Amber - a yoga and meditation teacher, Craniosacral Therapist, sound practitioner and the creator of Soul Silent Retreats.

For more than a decade, my own practice has been shaped by Yoga, Vipassana meditation, Buddhism and Eastern philosophy.

These teachings have deeply influenced the way I understand the mind, emotions, relationships and the patterns we carry through life - and they’re at the heart of the way I teach today.

Over the years, I’ve guided hundreds of students through yoga and meditation classes, sound baths, retreats, events for women, one-to-one sessions and tailor-made experiences.

At the heart of all of my work is the same intention: to support people to slow down, create more balance in the nervous system, become aware of old subconscious patterns, observe what is actually present, and guide them back into their hearts with more loving awareness, compassion and equanimity.

FAQ

Do I need meditation experience?

No. You can join whether you’re completely new to meditation or already have an established practice.

Is this masterclass suitable for yoga teachers?

Yes. If you’re a yoga teacher wanting to deepen your own understanding and practice of meditation and mindfulness, you’re very welcome.

Will there be a replay?

Yes. The replay will be available for 48 hours after the live masterclass.
I’ve found that when recordings stay available indefinitely, they tend to sit in the “I’ll watch that later” pile and never get watched. So I’m keeping the replay window short to encourage you to actually make the time for it.

Will there be a replay?

Yes. The replay will be available for 48 hours after the live masterclass.

I’m keeping the replay window short because I want you to actually experience the class, rather than save it for a “later” that never seems to come.

How long is the masterclass?

The live masterclass will run for 60 minutes.

Where is it held?

Online. You’ll receive the link and everything you need after registering.

Free.
