Rooted in Western anatomy and neurophysiology, and blended with deep mindfulness and presence, this therapy focuses on the spine and cranial system — the core of your nervous system. We work with the body’s rhythms, energetic tides, and stored imprints — mental, emotional, or physical — gently releasing the patterns your body has held, sometimes for years. 🌀Why Sound Massage? From the first time I received it, I knew Sound Massage belonged in this work. I use therapeutic-grade Peter Hess bowls, placed on and around the body, to guide your system into a deeper layer of surrender. The subtle vibration of the bowls helps the nervous system drop into stillness — enhancing the unwinding process, calming mental activity, and re-tuning your inner landscape. With therapeutic touch and the resonance of sound bowls placed on and around the body, we invite deep release, restoration, and reconnection to your core.
