Cancellation Policy

Workshops/ Events  Cancelations made from a week prior to a workshop/ event will be charged a cancelation fee of 50%. No show will be charged 100%. Retreats Any cancellations up to 3 month before will be refunded -AUD$100 deposit fee Any cancellations between 3 to 1 months before will be charged 15% Any cancellations from 1 month - 1 week prior will be charged 50% Any cancellations of 1 week prior will be charged 100% Short (1 & 2 day) Retreats Any cancellations up to 7 weeks/ a month before will be refunded -AUD$100 deposit fee Any cancellations between 7 weeks/ 30day -12 days before will be charged 15% + AUD$100 deposit fee Any cancellations from 30 days - 1 week prior will be charged 50% Any cancellations from a week prior will be charged 100% ​ Appointments Cancellations or No-show on the scheduled day will be charged 100%. Sadhana Courses Sadhana courses are multi-week programs with limited places. When you enrol, your place is reserved for the full course. For change-of-mind cancellations: More than 14 days before the course begins: You may receive a refund, less any non-refundable payment-processing fees. Between 7 and 14 days before the course begins: You may choose either a 50% refund, in which case access to the course materials will end, or retain your full enrolment and lifetime access to the course materials so you can complete the program at your own pace. Less than 7 days before the course begins, or once the course has commenced: Payments are non-refundable for change of mind. Participants who retain their enrolment and payment in full will keep lifetime access to the available course materials and recordings. In exceptional circumstances such as serious illness or bereavement, please contact us. A transfer, credit or other reasonable solution may be offered at our discretion. Scholarship and complimentary places have no cash value and are non-refundable. Full cancellation, refund and course-access terms are provided at checkout before enrolment.
