It is time to step into the new chapter of your life. You've been waiting for too long. This women only half day retreat is a celebration & ceremony of a new beginning, of planting new seeds. Nov 22nd A New Moon in Scorpio & Sagittarius Solar Initiation, A journey into Yin Yoga, Flower Essence, Sound, Cranio-Sacral Therapy and Guided Imagery. You will receive a a 30ml curated flower remedy for energetic integration through the lunar cycle. We will start with a philosophy talk guided by Amber, explaining the Astrology situation in the sky (themes& emotions), translating the stars into Traditional Chinese Medicine (themes, emotions& meridians). Abby form Heka Healing will take you through a flower essence experience and exploration of your custom remedy she crafted especially for these astrological themes. This remedy, you will take for the next 4 weeks, supporting you through your transformation of this lunar cycle. We will break with chai and treats and time to journal. Transitioning into a soothing Qi Gong& meridian exercises and a long Yin Yoga practice, guided by Amber, while Ute will bath you with the most mystical and magical sounds and vibrations, and Amber will go around and give you CranioSacral Therapy. When you are in full zen, Amber and Ute will guide you through a Sound Journey of guided imagery and sound relaxation. Each journey is themed for the specific moon -to take you through a long and transformative experience. A half day retreat that will recharge and transform you. Workshops/ Events Cancelations made from a week prior to a workshop/ event will be charged a cancelation fee of 50%. Retreats Any cancellations up to 3 month before will be refunded -AUD$100 deposit fee Any cancellations between 3 to 1 months before will be charged 15% Any cancellations from 1 month - 1 week prior will be charged 50% Any cancellations of 1 week prior will be charged 100% Short (1 & 2 day) Retreats Any cancellations up to 7 weeks/ a month before will be refunded -AUD$50 deposit fee Any cancellations between 7 weeks/ 30day -12 days before will be charged 15% Any cancellations from 12-4 days prior will be charged 50% Any cancellations from 4 days prior will be charged 100% Appointments Cancellations or No-show on the scheduled day will be charged 50%.
