What can we learn when we become quiet enough to observe?

Vipassana has been one of the most influential practices in my own life.
Through meditation, we begin to observe what is happening in the body and mind with greater awareness - our sensations, reactions, patterns and conditioning - and learn to meet our experience with more loving awareness and equanimity.

In this free masterclass, I’ll introduce you to some of the principles and practices that have shaped my own path, and invite you to experience them for yourself.

About Amber

I’m Amber - a yoga and meditation teacher, Craniosacral Therapist, sound practitioner and the creator of Soul Silent Retreats.

For more than a decade, my own practice has been shaped by Yoga, Vipassana meditation, Buddhism and Eastern philosophy.

These teachings have deeply influenced the way I understand the mind, emotions, relationships and the patterns we carry through life - and they’re at the heart of the way I teach today.

Over the years, I’ve guided hundreds of students through yoga and meditation classes, sound baths, retreats, events for women, one-to-one sessions and tailor-made experiences.

At the heart of all of my work is the same intention: to support people to slow down, create more balance in the nervous system, become aware of old subconscious patterns, observe what is actually present, and guide them back into their hearts with more loving awareness, compassion and equanimity.
