About Amber

Amber is a trauma-informed meditation and yoga teacher, cranio-sacral & sound massage therapist, sound bath facilitator, and lifelong student of stillness.

 

Her journey with yoga and meditation began in 2011 — a slow unfolding that deepened over time. But it was a surf injury in 2014 that triggered debilitating PTSD, and ultimately led her to the transformative path of Vipassana, silent practice, and the body’s innate wisdom to heal itself.

 

Since then, Amber has devoted her life to guiding others inward — offering spaces of softness, depth, and transformation through silent retreats, somatic therapy, yoga, and sound.

 

Her work is rooted in deep study, devotion, and personal practice — but it’s her loving presence that makes the real difference. Amber holds space like a sacred rest — a space where you can finally come home to your heart.
