A Space to Come Home to Your Heart
Life gets busy very quickly.
This class is an invitation to step away from the noise for an hour, practise together, and begin the month with more mindfulness and loving-awareness.
Through meditation, mindfulness, Eastern philosophy and intention, we’ll explore how to sharpen the mind, observe reality as it is, and bring more loving-awareness into the way you meet everyday life.
We’ll close with Metta Meditation - cultivating self love, kindness and compassion and towards all living beings.

What we’ll explore together:
-
Anapanasati meditation
Practise sharpening the mind and observing reality as it is.
-
Mindfulness in everyday life
Explore how awareness can change the way you meet emotions, reactions and the ordinary moments of your day.
-
New Moon intention
Create space to listen inward and set your intention for the month ahead.
-
Metta Meditation
Close with a practice of love, kindness and compassion towards yourself and all living beings.
-
Join live and you’ll receive a free meditation to continue practising with afterwards. 🪷

Meet Amber
I’m Amber - a yoga and meditation teacher, Craniosacral Therapist, sound practitioner and the creator of Soul Silent Retreats.
For more than a decade, my own practice has been shaped by Yoga, Vipassana meditation, Buddhism and Eastern philosophy.
These teachings have deeply influenced the way I understand the mind, emotions, relationships and the patterns we carry through life - and they’re at the heart of the way I teach today.
Over the years, I’ve guided hundreds of students through yoga and meditation classes, sound baths, retreats, events for women, one-to-one sessions and tailor-made experiences.
At the heart of all of my work is the same intention: to support people to slow down, create more balance in the nervous system, become aware of old subconscious patterns, observe what is actually present, and guide them back into their hearts with more loving awareness, compassion and equanimity.
