Third Eye Indigo Smoothie Bowl

I chose the Butterfly Pea Flower Powder, since this flower is known to enhance vision (and many other good things!), And the main idea of the third eye in mysticism - the third eye refers to an invisible organ that exists, so to speak, in the human body responsible for knowledge and vision. The "mystical organ" that is primarily responsible for prophecy and on-the-sensory vision. (Wikipedia)

In addition, the color of the butterfly's pea flower is deep blue, and when touched by acid -turns purple. Exactly what is attributed to the third eye - the indigo color.

That must be the reason why the butterfly pea flower seemed to relate in my head to the third eye even before I've learnt all these facts.

(you can choose to substitute it in any of your favourite blue superfood powder from the full guide )

For this special bowl, I designed a special Yogi stencil to decorate this bowl, but if you are super talented you can try to draw yourself!

Indigo coloured foods are the "brain food", exactly the ones that will help you to enhance your third eye chakra!

Therefore Bluberries are one of my top pics for this bowl. It is delicious and so nutritious - with tons of antioxidants.

Add to that Plums and prunes which are also considered to be Third Eye chakra supporters because they contain phenols which are antioxidants that neutralise dangerous radicals that target brain cells and molecules!

Add to that oats - fibre, bananas - energy and potassium, and kefir yogurt (or coconut kefir) - tons of probiotics~

I don't think I can be excited enough about this bowl!

So get your third eye ready, and your Favourite Blue superfood powder from the article - "COLOURING YOUR FOOD WITH SUPERFOODS" and lets begin!
