The World Map Smoothie Bowl

For this special bowl, I designed a special world map stencil to decorate this bowl, but if you are super talented you can try to draw yourself!

I chose Blue Spirulina since it contains protein, iron, B vitamins, iodine and other minerals but you can choose to substitute it in any of your favourite blue superfood powder from the full guide

Bananas are always great to create the best texture for smoothie bowls and the rest of the ingredients have white and light colours so the blue colour can shine on them.

Oats are a great source of fibre, cashews give an extra creamy texture and some healthy fats, one apple a day keeps the doctor away and bananas and spirulina will give you the best energy to deal with your day, on the best way!

So pick your Favourite Blue superfood powder from the article - "COLOURING YOUR FOOD WITH SUPERFOODS" and lets begin!

INGREDIENTS

Base

  • 1 big frozen Banana

  • 1 frozen apple (without the skin)

  • 1/4 cup frozen cashews

  • 1/4 oats

  • 1/2 tsp Blue spirulina

Toppings -

  • World Map stencil - shred coconut

INSTRUCTIONS

blend all ingredients together until smooth.

Transfer into a bowl and top up with the toppings.
