Yin and Tang Nice Cream

Nice Crean is the new ice cream!

Naturally sweetened and made mostly by bananas or other real fruits, and using most times plant based milk - what makes it suitable for vegans too.

Without the unnecessary sugars, fats and preservatives, but never giving up the taste, texture and the satisfaction for your sweet tooth. Nice cream is easy to make and can impress your friends, guests and even your kids!



In this recipe we will use bananas as our base, you can mix your favourite tastes and superfood powders with bananas and get the best delicious and healthy soft serve! top it up with your favourite toppings.











INGREDIENTS

Base

white

  • 1.5 frozen big Banana

  • 1 tbs yogurt / coconut yogurt

  • 1/4 tsp maca

  • 1/2 tsp mesquite

  • 30 ml (half a shot glass) of soy/ almond milk

Black

  • 1.5 frozen big banana

  • 1 tsp Charcoal

  • 1 espresso shot

  • hint of cinnamon

Toppings

  • 1 round slice of banana or a pinch of coconut shreds

  • 1 black grape of a pinch of charcoal powder



INSTRUCTIONS

blend all the white ingredients together until smooth.

Transfer into a bowl, making sure you pour the mixture into one side of the bowl.

blend all the black ingredients together until smooth.

Transfer into a bowl shaping a curved S shape using a tablespoon.

make a small “white” dot on the black side using coconut shreds or a slice of banana. Placing a big black grape or using a pinch of the charcoal powder on the white side to create the black dot.
