And a great sneaky way to make it look pimped if your friends are coming over for a brunch, or if your kid refuse eating brekky.
Pizza hasn't been sweeter before!
(and Italian people might kill me for this…)
Breakfast Pizza with yogurt nuts and berries

For one Breakfast Pizza -
Ingredients -
One big healthy pancake
A real healthy spread or yogurt from any kind
(unsalted tahini, Halva, real 100% nut spread, 100% raw cacao spread)
3/4 cup Fresh fruits, sliced
1/2 cup muesli or granola (optional)
Coconut shreds
Method -
Place the pancake/ Crape on a plate.
Spread a thin layer of your favourite healthy spread/ yogurt on top.
Decorate with fresh fruits, muesli/ granola and coconut shreds.
Slice pizza slices.
