The yogi smoothie bowl is inspired by green smoothies, I love the green smoothies since they are way less sweet and have more of an earthy taste to them.
Not everyone likes an earthy taste, but the banana, dates and mango will do the work to balance the taste of the spinach, kale, spirulina and matcha. The kiwi will give it a sour kick as well.
So even if you are not a big fan of earthy tasting green smoothies - you will defiantly like "The Yogi".
I chose spirulina and Matcha since its a good combination of antioxidants and energy boost, but you can choose to substitute it in any of your favourite green superfood powders from the full guide
Bananas and dates will add to the energy boost and the spinach and kale will add good fibre and chlorophyl benefits
(Read more about Matcha, Spirulina and Chlorophyl benefits on this article - "COLOURING YOUR FOOD WITH SUPERFOODS" scroll down until the green pigment)
