A gentle, nourishing practice designed to open the hips, release stored tension, and gently guide your body toward Hanumanasana — the splits pose.
Whether or not you ever “get into the splits” doesn’t matter here. This practice is about the journey — softening, releasing, and discovering what’s possible in your own body with patience and compassion.
✨ Suitable for All Levels
Plenty of modifications are offered throughout. You’ll see options displayed in the corner of the screen during most poses (see image gallery for reference).
Skip or adapt anything that doesn’t serve you — including the final split pose.
This practice meets you where you are.
📜 Bonus Included:
You’ll also receive a short mythological tale of Hanuman — the heart-opening story behind this powerful asana, included in your downloadable PDF.
🧘🏽♀️ What to Expect:
In Yin Yoga, we meet our edge — the place where sensation arises — and settle into stillness.
By staying in each posture for 3–5 minutes, we create space in the connective tissues, fascia, and deep layers of the body.
You’re encouraged to approach every shape with softness, curiosity, and a willingness to feel — never forcing, never pushing through pain.
At any moment, you can shift, adjust, or rest. This is your time.
What You’ll Need:
A yoga mat
Two blocks and/or a bolster (or large pillows/cushions as substitutes)
Optional: blankets, eye pillow, or anything that brings extra comfort
The more props, the better — create a cozy nest for your body to fully relax.
Technical Details:
You’ll receive a downloadable PDF with the class link.
The class is yours to keep and revisit anytime, from anywhere — even offline.
Headphones are recommended for the best sound experience.

No yoga props? No problem.
You can easily substitute with what you have at home — think big books instead of blocks, cushions or rolled-up blankets instead of bolsters. Make it your own, and let your body guide you. 💛
