Spiced Mango Pina Colada smoothie bowl from the spiced islands

The summer is here again and the heat is going above 30 degrees.
Its hot and all your friends have taken off abroad and you are still here, scrolling through your Instagram feed hating life and wanting to go back to bed.
As a wise women once said to me, Paradise is not a place, it's a state of mind..
This recipe will chill you down and take you to tropical islands you've never been before...
Fill your lovely bowl with goodness from the spice islands and close you eyes chewing every bite and feeling the sweet sweet paradise.
The ingredients for 2 portions -
For the Smoothie Paste -
1 cup Frozen Mango of Sunfrost
1/2-1/4 cup goat milk or Soy milk
A handful of coconut flakes (about 2-3 tbspoons)
1 teaspoon Organic Maca powder
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Vanilla powder
A pinch of Cardamon
Toppings for EACH bowl -
1/4 Fresh Mango, cut into cubes
3 tbspoons of Old-fashioned Rolled Oats
A handful of dried cherries
1 teaspoon of Chia seeds
1 slice of dried natural unsweetened pineapple
1 teaspoon of coconut shreds or flakes
Blend all the ingredients in your blender or food processor.
Blend with slow pulses as instructed in the smoothie bowl guide, Until a smooth paste.
add all toppings and decorate nicely.
Close your eyes during every bite and feel you're in paradise.
